Hard crashing PC locks up

I have decided to stop playing Poe 2 until they fix this problem. In the end I'm going to break my PC by forcefully shutting down the PC all the time, since on every loading screen I have to pray that my entire PC doesn't freeze
I started having complete pc crashes now I just seems to be exclusively crashing in town. I've got a Brand new pc that I don't really want to destroy.

FWIW I changed driver to Vulcan instead of DX12 and it seemed to have resolved my freeze issues. I have had any since yesterday. Tried this morning after PC hibernated all night and didn't have issues. Resume on standby/hibernate would always cause my game to freeze previously.
After the game starts, my CPU usage quickly reaches to 100%, and then the game crashes and returns to the desktop

Its crazy how many ppl have crashes. I'm confident its YOUR pc on YOUR side guys.

My spec:
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Nvidia RTX4090
64GB DDR5
Kingstone SSD
W11

My wife's spec:
Ryzen 7 5800
Nvidia RTX3080Ti
32GB DDR4
Samsung SSD
W11

My Brother's spec (be ready):
Ryzen 5 3600
24GB DDR4
My 10 years OLD but still good GTX980
Crucial SSD
W11

Everything updated, all drivers updated.

None of us have a single crash.

At some point you have to identifie yourself what's problem or config you need on your computer.

The single crash I've got is when i clicked the login first time and then no more crash since.

Some guys here have a 9800x3d and a $5000 setup, i'm pretty sure they don't know they have to configure PBO curve and so on... what a joke.

Wanna be your account on this? Let's see in a month if the issue is fixed and if it was indeed something with game/driver instead of thousands of users.

This "it is not happening to me so it must be you." mentality needs to die. FYI I don't want your account, simply tell GGG to delete it once you are proven wrong. Yes?

"Hey guys, I have no problems whatsoever, so of course I went into the bug thread to find an issue where I'll claim it simply doesn't exist, then suggest fiddling with clock speeds and voltage is a necessity to run a video game outright."

Seems like the issue is big enough if you get clowns like this.

Don't you think that if hundreds of people with different PCs and different configurations have the same problem, possibly the problem is not with us but with NVIDIA/WINDOWS/GGG? If it only happens to me with this game, when for example I have played thousands of hours in POE 1 and it has never happened to me, if it now happens to me in POE 2, it will be due to some incompatibility problem, I say.

He is confident, problem solved, fuck yeah man!
Day 3 since I've did a fresh install on Windows 23H2 and had no crashes and gaming has never been smoother. For me going back to a fresh install of Windows 23H2 has done wonders for my 7800X3D system. Never touching 24H2 update, never!
