TR Champions were pretty popular not too long ago and are plenty viable still. Fairly sure you can make similar builds with whatever other dot skill you have in mind. Personally i would never build or play something like that though because i consider it an abomination fluff wise. Armored Knigth using a bow and poison... no thanks
Slam witches should be easily doable. Elementalist has more than enough damage available to make it work. Will take some creativity with the defenses to get it suitable for ubers but it's by no means impossible. That said, if weird shit is what you want to play then POE ninja is clearly the worst place to look for them. Best option would be to just make them yourself. POE ninja is mostly sheeps and show offs. |

Actually Elementalist slammers can be quite tanky when investing into ES thanks to the new rare armors. This is a good baseline

so, to not be accused of moving goalposts, i will admit you win this one, it exists just to fuck with me :D now if i can be allowed to continue discussing this build: personally i wouldnt bother taking that dps to t17+ content i would scrap such build in pob stage cause dps is low and recovery looks dubious it has nice max hits and block though the duelist is once again a poison attack build, please find a castable blue dot gem if you want to continue playing this game that ephemeral edge elementalist is an ignite build once again When fallacious arguments aren't convincing comes the biased moderation. Asking just in case since i can't do it right now as i am lacking POB access. Did you actually load the build into POB and set all the check boxes or are you judging the DPS based on POE Ninja? Just asking because my slayer has like 2 mio DPS with POE Ninja settings while his actual dps is ten times that.

Im not sure if I am ticking everything that needs to be ticked since its not my build and I dont have time to dig into it at work but with blood stance, rage and frezies it looks like 4.5 mio dps
and if i untick the tincture it goes back to 2.7 mio so based on information i have currently i consider this a "cant be fun" amount of dps When fallacious arguments aren't convincing comes the biased moderation.

" Yeeah the days of playing ED builds are over. Chaos dot as a whole is a pretty dead archetype and I miss playing it, before half a million or 1 mil dps was enough because the final boss in the game was Shaper. Now that just doesn't cut it, the game powercrept those builds(and many others) and they're just not viable anymore. And before anyone mentions stuff like hexblast mines, that's not chaos dot. That's just a chaos damage attribute stacking build. I just miss playing CI ED+Contagion Trickster, and it's probably never coming back unless we see massive buffs for all chaos dot spells. And I don't even wanna imagine trying to do a t17 on a build like that lol it would be pure pain. |
