Insane Latency Spikes and Game Crashes since 3.23

I can play Dead by Daylight, Counter-Strike 2, BattleBit Remastered and FF14 with a steady ping, but PoE looks like this...

for me everything is fine when tracing with WINMTR until i hit

be4167.nr21.b015759-0.fra06.atlas.cogentco.com (154.25.3.178) to
185.225.211.254 ~ 20-50% loss from then on.

a short google search shows this should be https://www.ingenuitycloudservices.com/ according to https://ipinfo.io/AS13213/185.225.208.0/22

can anyone confirm this is the IP where the loss occurs for them too? (i'm based in germany)

Loss occus for example when trying to reach the instance server 185.225.208.115

Everything was fine this morning but since like 6h it's unplayable it keeps going up to the thousands every other sec. EU https://imgur.com/a/C5GJNNf

Just here to add my voice to the pile. It started dec 12 20h cet, never saw anything like it.

this lagging started with this new Patch/ New League.
never had this issue and even the Previous Events were fine

Enter map aaaaand it's a dead instance. Can't do anything. Such fun.

I have same problem too. It just random some map with good ping (around 4x) and some 2xx ms. Please 3G fix this. i think game made you join wrong server when open new instance.

This game is currently a slideshow, gg GGG.

PS. Reap animation is also broken or its cuz of lag spikes.

Same issue. Asian servers are a joke.

big issue no server is working for me i get constant spikes that make the game unplayable
