as one of the other people. the people who dont see anything wrong with poe's melee are really out of touch with most of the community.

reminds me of the guy who "debunked" my claim that sanctum punishes melee by showing me a clip of someone doing a no hit original sin run. the dude was killing everything in less than 2 seconds.

lol of course melee is good at that point. also reminds me of that one dude that argued melee was fine, created a character and told people to keep an eye on him as the league passed. i forgot he got to 80 or 90 then took all his gear off and played some other build instead. he even mentions "oh i wasnt using any build" or some BS about not knowing what he was doing.

Bad players playing bad builds will always struggle in this game, that's not something unique to melee though I guess they'll struggle a little less with ranged as that allows you to somewhat compensate for build short comings. All the more so if they demand to be able to do Ubers with said builds.

Most of the people here whining about melee

1) Don't have their profile public
2) Don't have an equipped melee build > level 90 in it
3) Don't have a build that isn't a complete mess/collection of meme items.

To this day I can count the number of people who satisfy all those requirements on one hand. After literal years. 90% of the whiners don't even pass the first 2 criterias and the rest produces brilliant stuff like BS builds using Multistrike and wondering why their DPS is so low.

and when is the last time you did a pure league start melee build

and btw, you were wrong about boneshatter the spalsh does stack with boneshatter aoe

I play mostly standard, i did play/leaguestart melee in Sanctum though and fully cleared sanctums with it. I've stopped playing SSF after 3.15.

Even the worst caster build is better than the best melee build.

Nuff said.
