What Happened with Items

Can you add some alternative for divine orb? Rerolling values is ridiculous now with the price for the orb.

I've been working on it for another weekend and I feel like the drop rate hasn't improved and maybe I should give up this season.
I played a total of two characters, but they were only at the level of T14. There was too little currency to improve my equipment, and there was only constant death and disappointment.
I don't want to use mines or traps every season because I'm really tired of it,
But using other genres just rolls around on low-level maps that don't give me currency, which seems like a dead end to me.
This game has begun to make it impossible for ordinary players to play normally, do you know this?
By the way, I had a few friends playing Path Of Exile with me, but they didn't want to be involved this season, making it painful and lonely for me to play again.
This is not a fuss, I really tried hard, but failed, I hope to pay more attention to the feelings of ordinary players.

I have played some leagues and skipped others and I'm not one of those 1% that fully juice their maps and play with 5 of my buddies but this is the first time I've seen a fully juiced map with 6 people in it dropping what after calculating price makes them a net return of about 36 chaos (for the whole party) so about 6 chaos per person. I understand that crazy loot explosions all the time are not good and that a 6 people party can be exploitable but what sense does it makes to waste the time to procure the items to fully juice a map, get 5 buddies fully geared to play the map with you and earn 6 chaos. Some buffs and nerfs keep a game balanced and fresh but IDK. When I read the patch notes I didn't even bothered to enter the game at league start cuz I knew something like this was about to happen.

Tried to get some currency, well i sure don't gonna need more Scroll of Wisdom this league since drops of gear is extinct , and i don't have to be worried about the global heating, got 100's of flasks with different tastes. oO

Tried to progress but gave up after 50+ pm's to get the cheap gear i need for my build, do i have to say no answer. (Gave up)

Went into maps with my Abs got raped becuse of gear issue (Gave up)



What to do?

Regarding post of Chriss. It wrong to do always what people want for a game. Sometime players don't want what is the best for a game. But in poe, most of the people must really really know the game, before they are actually able to play the game. And this is the first thing wrong of the game. It way to overcomplicated, with too much sistems', skills and options, and most of the skill and items are not actually viable to play. If GGG deleted 90% of skills and items at any point, i guess is not going to harm alot the game.The second problem, is that u guys make most of the decisions based on 1% of the player base. I do play poe, but i also have work and other things to do, so my time is around 10-12 hours a week. In current state game is not fun. It was not fun in the last to years, since game is made more and more difficult and overcomplicated, and is only meant to be played for professional players. If u guys wnt to solve the loot problem, must completely remove most of the items in the game, and make loot a bit more deterministic, and make ways for skipping the 10 acts. All i can see now is not a game, is a actual work, were i am incentivized to work super hard for everything and also pay real money if i like the work. Well i don't.

I have been playing poe for over 9 years and tbh, this league has got to be the worst ever for drop / lag. Granted, when lvling through acts, you used to get random junk and a few crappy uniques but at least you could sell them on early into league. Now, i had to get to maps before my first unique. Then had to farm chaos recipe constantly just to get enough to obtain 1 unique. Then, the trouble was, nearly everything costs divines now because of the exalted cull. Then, the next problem was traders actually replying.

I'm all for rebalancing games, but not to the extreme when you have to farm all day ( playing solo like a lot of people do ) to, just maybe, gain enough to at least get a decent item, and that's if your lucky. It's taking the fun out and putting the chore in.


GGG killed off exalted virtually, but they should have left the 6 links alone to still give divines to give people that had saved up their currency ( exalted ) for months, only to have it null and voided and a complete waste of time, a chance to rebuild everything they worked so hard for.

Ah well, it's their loss in the end

I'm expecting them to change it's asap - either it's kinda too toxic and nervous to stare into monitoer 24/7 for those damned archnemesis rares, and if after hours and hours you spot one - stop dps asap, run away, call mf culler and leechers... Also ALL my solaris touched rares - were completly f**cked up - either with draught bringer and dropped flasks, either they spawned in heist after alarm or from harbringer like 0.5 sec before he died and they despawned, either they jumped out of the strongbox, almost insta died and got me 2 orbs of chaos and 2 orbs of alchemy...

I played this game for quite a while, supported it, but if this b******t is intended, i might quit not the league, but the poe entirely. I'm VERY upset, and VERY frustrated to watch how my lottery win tickets are getting burned 24/7...

Also i liked to craft - they literally deleted harvest, I liked minions archetypes - they are garbage...

I don't know what else to add - It's just not fun, not entertaining, and frustrating, toxic and punishing...

I WANT TO PLAY GOD DAMN GAME, GOD DAMN ARPG, I DONT WANT TO STARE INTO MY SCREEN AND PRAY THAT THIS RARE WILL SPAWN WITH RIGHT MODS AND I COULD REACT IN TIME AND CALL CULLER AND TEAM...

After a week of addressing feedback with hotfixes, we have written this post to explain what our intention was, what went wrong, how we have fixed it, and to reassure you about the direction we intend to go in the future.

Change the problems where they are. I'm a casual and the league has been horrible and unrewarding. My progression is in early yellow maps and upgrading my character takes way to long, I have 3x less currency, I get onehitted with 5k es. This isn't fun.
