It has improved modern graphics and QoL but be warned the base game was not changed beyond that (still uses the same engine underneath) and some things may annoy you since its mostly a 2000/2001 experience in regards of user interface or gameplay(speak endgame and flask/potion management). Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. She hands you a rusty-looking device called the Blood Crucible and urges you to implant it into your body."
