I'm trying to do a LL version of the build. However, the cost of a crafted sceptre is pretty insane with it being 6-7ex alone for crafts, not even including getting a good base and crafting fees. Is there any option around getting hit chance while still keeping the damage of the build?

I tried replacing gloves with shapers touch - works good but you lose the increased damage/sap for LL, and it still only took me to 97% hit chance.

Any options? Or is my play just to save n try to craft a multimod sceptre?

I played with 2 crafted mod accuracy on weapon and helmet (it can be somewhere else)
I got 90% chance to hit, but there is a huge difference between the 100% hit and 90%
How do you guys deal with last Sirus's phase?

I had to use all my portals to kill him because I keep getting hit by that spinning beam and then it's GG with the following "DIE" beam.

Great build now that i have been able to switch over.
Question tho, does having spell crit chance/multi help and if so in what way? Should my crit just be attack?

Thanks

Ball lightning deals more damage on crit.

To be honest, LL builds are generally expensive than CI builds. If you can't afford a sceptre, going LL is not a good idea.
A temporal solution would be to get a high accucary mod on helmet by removing/adding an attack mod.

The spinning beam moves very slowly. Don't get hit. If you need more specific advice, record a video and let me watch it.
Do you usually flamedash in between while it's spinning? This might be my mistake

I attempted crafting the belt for this build, but I'm not sure what the best way to keep going on the craft is. I'm not sure if it would be better to try to hit the flat es line or just craft on increased damage here.
Any advice to deal with the chimera ? he kill me before I found him in the smoke. without pot or regen and luck I just die in front of the last smoke...

You can dash everywhere, the beam won't hit you if you pass through with a dash.

and for the "DIE" moment, if you can, get very close to him and just go behind him, else just do double dash even if you will get hit by the beam, if you are enough tanky you can't die from the beam (unless you stay in the beam)
Hello,

I've been playing this build in Delirium and I enjoyed it a lot. Right now I have sold my current gear and I have a bit over 60ex to spend on this one.

My question is, how much power did it lose? Stun doesnt seem to be huge issue, because from what I see you can get
-Lucidity 40%
-Arcane Swiftness 20%
-Helmet craft 25%
-Implicit on jewels 10% each

But what about dmg? Crit nerfs and slower projectile nerfs didnt take like half of dmg right?

Also, seems like good candidate to multimod + hits cant be evaded + spell dmg?

And one last question, -lightning res on helmet will help with dps? I crafted this today, should work? Too bad I cant craft chance to stun here :/
With 4 jewel implicits I should get 100% anyways, unless there is other way to get stun avoidance?

How good do you think glancing blows would be in this build? We can replace the transcendent flesh with a very large thread of hope to allocate it. We would lose some crit multi, but become even more unkillable in return. Any thoughts?
