Are you using the fork version of PoB? I loaded your setup into mine and I show you at 220k w/o impale, 333k with impale.

think I have 90 odd str on my belt + 10% attributes.
+18% strength on boots
amulet is very low roll

Can socket a 2nd efficient training on the right side if you path to it.

Ruins Hellion (The Quay)
If using Retainer you do not want Vuln as a gem or on gloves.
You also need +1 curse if using the Asenath gloves on AG ( I put this on the AG chest with 10%life as ES, this works fine for bosses and doesn’t matter on trash as that melts anyhow)

replacing warbanner with dreadbanner? since squishy targets will wipe anyways, having dreadbanner better against tanky targets and tough bosses.

Whats the best set up for delving with this build ? Link you gear and how deep you farm!

There are many combinations. This one worked great for me.

Pride - Discipline - Dread Banner - Flesh and Stone - Maim - Enlighten L3

Notes:
* This is the extreme low mana version, which saves some currency by not needing Enlighten L4. You will need the full Sovereignty node cluster and keep your movement skill at a lower level (I kept Flame Dash at L10)

* Keep Flesh and Stone in Blood stance always

* When using Maim with Flesh and Stone, you no longer need it on the Golem. You can use Blind with the Golem instead.
