stuck on what i should be trying to upgrade first - would it be a 6L cane or a hyrri's?

should I invest in a 6L cane w/ Hyrri's. Or keep Kinstugi and make a 6L ED Shortbow w 5 ex?

Currently using 5L Hyrii and 5L Kitsu rn
