[3.25] Scourge Arrow Poison Prolif Pathfinder - Fast, tanky, fun to play

In the PoB, you don't socket your weapon with scourge arrow, even though you have the "60% chance for poisons inflicted with this weapon to deal 100% more damage". Doesn't that render it useless?

I'm playing this build in my first SCSSF run and really enjoying it! It may not be the most approachable build for SSF but your 'Starter' build info has made getting going really manageable. Beyond my own expectations I've somehow dropped a Lioneye's and chanced The Embalmer. Those with Atziri's Promise has been plenty enough to get me going. So thanks for the build!

Q1: Is there a reason that you specifically advise a Thicket Bow for crafting? I figured that getting a 6L on any of my gear would be a bigger obstacle than farming up fossils so I'm considering farming cards for a 6L Imperial Bow and using that as a base instead. Would this be viable?

Q2: I dropped Three-Step Assault boots before getting Atziri's Step and with Jade/Quartz/Silver flasks I think I've been getting comparable defenses.

Now I've got Atziri's Step as well, could you advise on which is better?

Q3: What exactly makes Lioneye's Glare so strong as a starter and what would it take for a random rare identified bow to be better?

Q4: I'm scour/chancing Silver Flasks to attempt to proc a Coralito's. I know that uniques drop with varying rareness and conditions but I don't know what Coralito's are. Is there a better way to get this? Is trying to chance it a complete waste of currency?

Should I divine to get the flat chaos damage higher or is that too risky? Also cheers for the build, having a lot of fun with it.

I used exactly what the crafting guide said. Corroded, Aberrant and Metallic.

You also annoint the Cleansed Thoughts passive for double chaos resitance so you have easier time getting 85%:

Is the chaos damage and increased damage better than flask affixes on a belt? Also what fossils did you use to craft that belt?

I'm not using the belt anymore but I think flask affixes are better, I also don't think the "Increased Damage" mod affects poison damage. I didn't craft it but bought it before the fix up my chaos res and the chaos damage seemed like a nice bonus.

Is darkscorn a viable bow or should i got for the Delve crafted?

Charname : Zazayu , Metamorph Softcore

Swap your bow for a Lioneye's Glare unique bow, you'll feel a big increase in damage. You don't really need a 5 link for Siege Ballista, buy a new pair of The Embalmer gloves and socket your Siege Ballista there for a pseudo 5 link, drop Elemental Damage with Attacks support as it does nothing for the build.

Get a Drillneck Quiver, it's a good budget quiver.

Try to swap out your rings and amulet for something with 50+ life and some resists to cap them out (75% is the resist cap, it's really important).

Buy an Atziri's Promise flask and a Coralito's Signature flask and replace one health potion and one mana potion, you'll notice a difference in damage.

The Abyss Jewel you have socketed in the tree is bad, look for a jewel with % Increased Maximum Life and % Increased Damage with Poison mods.
