loving this build super fun, i have a spare 40% Increased ice nova damage i want to trade if anyone is interested 6exalt

What would the gem setup be since we're having 2 6L. Have 20ex and it's the end of the league anyways so just wanna have fun with this build.

Chest could be 4b 2g Vortex setup in the 4 b n add Hypo % Cold Penetration in the 2 g

Sorry but it's unclear for me,so what gem set up should i go for when using this weapon?
Also,is there any other skill that cyclone that i can use instead?

for 2H you should use conc effect-ice nova-frostbolt-increased crit-cyclone-hypothermia if 4b and 2g
if you have 3b 3g then you should use frostbolt-ice nova-increased crit-cyclone-hypothermia-cold penetration
for second 6L if you have just use movement skill with somethink else like decoy totem
and you can use blade flurry instead cyclone

Why is my attack speed still at 3.8 (cyclone) when I dropped down to 13% cospris? (I am at GOD TIER item level here #13 & #14 complete)
