I'll throw in my opinion here.

I love this build. It's very enjoyable. Once you learn how to bounce around fights you can clear out maps in no time at all. I still have a little way to go in terms of my gear as well.

I ran my first Simu yesterday and got from L1 to L20 without dying once (then died 6 times on Kosis unfortunately, he just hits too hard). I'm not sure how the mob level works in those so I can't tell you anything about that but the build works so well at clearing large groups.

The problems with the build come from the single target damage. I find you have to play catch up on getting the right gear, mods and other things to really get somewhere with boss damage. I've been working slowly at improving that...

- Added the Assassins Mark curse in
- Added the 5% double damage
- Added the 10% elemental penetration enchant on the boots
- Ensure I'm using all of my flasks in those fights
- Ensure I'm using my vaal skills correctly in those fights

Once you line all of those up the damage really comes around. You're not going to end up as some of these other boss killers builds but they don't have the clear speed that this build does either (in my opinion) so you have to give and take.

I did find the damage against Kosis a bit lacking, but it was more about his damage to me than anything. I really need to run more Simu to figure out whether I can kill Kosis or not yet.

Hi! thanks for the answer. yeah i did my first sim today and the damage against kosis was not great and i died a couple times(still made it tho) i only need the double damage shield and pen on boots and after that get a better claw with pen. but i can see that if i get that ill be good. i really love frost blades so even when i was writing this questions yesterday i just started putting the build together so i was going to try again anyway xD once thing i noticed is that you really need to save the flasks for kosis to do good damage. but yeah i have faith on the build so ill keep improving it. Thanks for sharing your experience with me :D

Hi guys does anyone have a shield for sell with the reduced mana life and fire res that i could put double damage? maybe one crafted already? or one with life and reduced mana and 2 open suffixes and 1 prefix that i could multimod? im looking to buy one but i had no luck and im trying to craft one now but im also having no luck there.. if anyone is selling one let me know please !

Hey Fiver. Thanks for your help so far. If you have a chance within the next couple of days, could you please take another quick look over my build. I've made a fair few changes. It's pretty good... Sirus was a complete failure but that's more about learning the mechanics. Damage could definitely use a boost.

I bought myself a 450pdps Claw and then sold it again as it dropped me about 30% damage in POB. I think it was the lack of crit chance on it. I'm struggling to find a Claw under 20ex that looks like it'll increase over what I've got, and I didn't think mine was that crash hot.

Any help would be appreciated to get some more single target damage out.

I'm also struggling with Sirus due to mechanics - I died a lot on his earlier phases last league, so now I have those down but apparently need to die more on his later phases (or just beat him I guess).

It looks like you could toss just about any claw with 7+ crit chance and 420+ dps for an increase over your current claw. This was my old one, I added it to your POB and it looked like a 2% dps increase



I also got a nice boost from 21/23 Frost Blades and adding Awakened Elemental. Awakened Ancestral Call is a lot of fun for clearing but obviously not so good for single target.

Dismembering on your amulet would be good too, but I imagine you're stuck with Holy Dominion due to res. I luckily got fire res on my Lethal Pride so I was able to shift some things around to change the anoint.

Yeah the crit chance is very important on the weapon.

Edit: All the things that dumptruckzzz mentioned above are good advice.

Looking at your character, you have pretty good gear and there's nothing wrong in your skills or anything.

Getting 21/20 gems would help a little, but it's not a gamechanger.

When it comes to your gear, there are a few items that stick out. Your ring could be a lot better. A steel ring or opal ring would be a big boost.
At the stage you are now, every little point counts, and that could give you a decent boost in dps.
Getting a Taste of Hate would be good (I have a vague memory of mentioning this before, but you had the karui temporarily or something, right?).

It's a shame that amulet has the 1-2 phys damage :(. It's a really cool amulet aside from that mod.

Frost blades enchant would be cool.

I have one change I would do in your passive tree. I think it's a better idea for you to take Thick Skin instead of Disciple of the Slaughter.
DotS is really nice quality of life, but you'd gain over 400 life from getting Thick Skin. 400 life is quite a lot.

I'm not sure if you've mentioned this before or not, but the fire resist is too low. Did you have it on your Watcher's Eye? Otherwise it needs to be 75%.

I am currently toying around with 2 different versions of the build that I might release soon, but I'm not 100% on those.


The Sirus fight is a lot about learning when to pick the fights, learning when you should reserve your burst, and when you should use your burst.
Flask management is also hard in that fight, and even if it drags out the other phases, I usually try to make sure that I have some flasks up for last phase.
It's a hard one.

- Awakened Elemental Damage With Attacks Support Gem (2.5ex)
- Dismembering (if I can get my resists right)

I also have +40% Fire Resist on my Lethal Pride. I'd like to get rid of this at some point so I can add in a better one but it's what I need at the moment. The build is VERY tight on resists.

Not really sure what I should be focusing on in my build, aside from just general gameplay mechanics. I had some lucky drops and purchases early in the league that I'm having trouble replacing:



I know I can improve on my passives, I specced into Coldhearted Calculation to pick up double damage on my Lethal Pride and I get enough strength for my build from Infused (and also QoL from Power Charge duration). I've been rerolling a spare Lethal Pride but no luck beating my current which has double damage, intimidate, crit chance and multi, phys damage as extra fire, and some fire res.

Anything in particular I should aim to improve?
