I don't think you understand sec clearance. There are LEVELS, that open up some things and not others. Got it? Fun fact: if you have anything remotely dodgy on your credit that disqualifies you from any sec clearance. That right there would knock out many of these slobs.

They have a private room congress and senators can view it in a heavy redacted version. But they cannot make copies or talk about it to the public.

The problem is the people barking arent smart enought to do anything with the information, they have to send copies to their think tank to come up with ideas.

So far 3 republicans and 0 democrats have viewed it.
