Some of these guys won't know what to do with themselves when Trump and Pence are both removed/resign and Pelosi becomes President :)
Not sure about the last bit but the first bit is definitely just a matter of time now. The 'if' isn't the question; the 'how' is. That's what I'm watching for. It's win-win either way, but I suspect it won't be as dramatic or figuratively violent as I'd like. Oh well.
Charan, Mueller will never charge or indict Donald J. Trump with anything. You two are like Vladimir and Estragon musing about the awesome stuff that'll happen once Godot shows up.

It's fun reading the fan fiction at least. Literally like reading r/hillary4prison where they fantasize about The Hildebeast going to Guantanamo.

I like calling her Hilary Rodham Felon because I view Comey's July 5, 2016 statement concluding the private email server investigation as basically listing felonies the FBI knew she committed but wasn't willing to prosecute her for. And I think she's probably guilty of breaking some laws regulating charities re: the Clinton Foundation as well. But crimes though those are, I'm talking about the criminal mishandling of 1) classified information that is property of the Government and 2) charitable donations. I'm not saying the Clintons are murderers or mob bosses or thieves or even money launderers (although the mishandling of their charities might be explained by this last one, such an explanation is still extremely speculative).

Meanwhile, Democrats are pinning their hopes on a Mueller probe that began by investigating Trump for a noncrime. Think about it: at this point we've fairly clearly established that the Clinton campaign, picking up a project abandoned by the defeated Jeb! campaign, paid an agent of a foreign government, one Christopher Steele, for opposition research, routing the funding through a law firm. The reason why nobody from the Clinton campaign is going to jail is because paying agents of foreign governments for opposition research isn't fucking illegal, unless we are at war with that nation — and as much of a boner as it must have given John McCain to imagine otherwise, we are not currently at war with Russia.

At this point if Mueller found that Trump had gotten opposition research from GRU agents in exchange for payment, what Mueller would nail Trump for would be failure to properly report the use of campaign funds — not the act itself. That's why the Mueller probe ended up going the route it did with Cohen; from a legal perspective, failing to properly report campaign funds paid to a US porn star is just as big of a crime as failing to properly report campaign funds paid to some Russians for dirt on Clinton.

I personally think Trump is probably dirty as hell. It's also funny watching Democrats investigate republicans the same way they always do to democrats. I have zero faith in the legal system . Even if they find something i don't think anything will come of it. Reagan was super corrupt and they couldn't get him. We simply don't put powerful people in jail.

Show me a real estate guy in New York who is not dirty as fuck. It comes with the job.

In other news, Dem introduces bill to let LA County pick every president.

They should be able to if they're the majority of the population. Anyway, that bill is never going to pass and if it did, every small state would challenge its constitutionality. I'm guessing they would win.

Did I miss something or are democrats really this stupid?

Even if (big if, since the senate is controlled by the GOP) they did impeach Trump, Pence is under no investigation. He appears squeaky clean.

The real funny part of this is if somehow they did manage to get rid of Trump, a far right, ultra conservative Christian would be President and the dems would be responsible. It almost makes you wish it would happen just for the laughs.

I think the dems need to go back to school; pick up at the 2nd grade or so where they left off. As Scrotie already pointed out, even a seven year old American knows to change the constitution requires an amendment, not just a bill.

The fact that they are actually doing this tells you how stupid they really believe their constituents to be. They should be insulted. Oh, wait, they aren't because they don't know it is an insult to their intelligence since they fell for it.
Censored.

Article V (Article 5 - Mode of Amendment)
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

So an amendment to the constitution will typically be introduced as a bill.

Will this ever become an amendment? Likely no. What does it mean? I don't know but it probably means about as much as the Republicans voting to repeal Obamacare many dozens of times. What did that do? Should their constituents have been insulted even though they fell for it because why, oh yea the other side is always lacking in intelligence. That's right, I forgot.
