Working on getting Elder to influence maps and pushing him into red maps. I am 1/3 for getting a Watcher's Eye in a red map and it was absolute garbage that still sold for 3ex.

This build is rocking like crazy. Just switched to Scourge and moved my gear around a little, and also took more block on the tree to help easily cap spell block and almost cap block when offering procs on CWDT.

New shield I just slammed.



Bought the shield for 2 Ex. It had the spell block and the life on block, I slammed the % armor and block chance hybrid and slammed the T2 armor. Not bad slams IMO. First time I ever used exalted orbs, so could have been WAY worse.

VERY happy with this shield. That life on block is EXTREMELY useful. It not only boosted my armor quite a bit to help with phys defense, but it allows me to just stand in the middle of stuff and take everything. I can stand in no regen maps and watch mana go all the way down thanks to MoM and then watch my life just keep bouncing to full when offering procs and almost maxes block.

Why are people b1tching about lack of map drops in this thread?

Go and whine about poor RNG on Reddit like everyone else and save this thread for posts about the build ffs.

Obviously i'm super grateful for such a detailed build guide like this, i wonder about a few things though;

Why take Elemental Equilibrium early on when you dont have the cast speed to proc it while also summoning enough Raging Spritis?? I'm trying it right now and it feels super clunky and weak.

Also, the guide is advising (at least i understood it that way) in the leveling section to take a shitton of mana nodes first, but then supposes you should have 'Death Attunement' by level 28 which is on the other side? I didn't leave out any Quests that reward skill points but i'm 8 points short of Death Attunement at lvl 28 (maybe that part is outdated?)

Just use orb of storm or something of the sort for boss. Spectre works also, i lvled with them from 28 and onwards. Gets the fire sentinel in solaris act3 / then the spider in belly/ then kitava herald up until act8 solar guards.


Edit : Having a blast. 90 hardcore, just bought a bisco. I havent tried any crazy stuff just yet cause i need to get some currency back. A descent block spell amulet in hardcore abyss cost around 10ex,thats with mediocre rolls. 6l mortis etc. Waiting for scourge, i really want to farm it myself.

yu guys see anything i should focus on? The low life rolls maybe but these kind of things cost an arms in hc. 6.3k life/2k mana /1k es.. running with rumi/2life flask/1mana+quicksilver. Cause im farming some shaped strand +fullsextant

You can go with the route that I took and go with an Anvil. I got lucky and corrupted mine for +2 curse, but you can also get a corrupted +2-4 block. With an Anvil and spell block shield I sit at 77/71 block.I also took a couple of block nodes near the Marauder area. But overall I like my deviation more because pretty much every stat from the Anvil is nice for us.

Question... about the Curse On Hit setup... what type of curses should I use? I'm confused not sure what it says about which curse gems to use. Thank you.

There are several possibilities, you can buy or trade maps with strangers or if you have friends playing PoE you can share maps with each other. For me its a mixture. I share maps with a friend and sometimes I buy or trade a map.

I am friendless.

However I must say my whining helped. Soon after my post I found my first T14 map :D
