after playing against many many RF players, I can confidently say that it's a tough build to beat.
Having said that though, there are only a handful of RF that can actually beat me now, but still, I have to be prepared... and use a highly specialized lay out. I think changes are most welcome, esp. if pvp is going to become a season thing, otherwise i'm going to have to just use my RF character all the time. IGN: _santoni_
