3.27.0b Hotfix 2

i rushed 2 watchstones then bought the other 2 then completed my atlas on t16 versions of all the maps while grinding jun safehouses.
that has been my last 2 days of the game 100% atlas progression have fliped so many lv appropriate safehouses with all or most in them being fully leveled and have gotten zero medallion drops... zero.
GGG you added an ascendancy that i cant get access to despite rushing it and grinding for this is made soo much worse because ive compleated my atlas and started grinding seer to set up my favorite maps and i cant get any loot to drop where are the divs?
pretty sure im done with the leugue i normally play for a month or more that should tell u how bad thes problems are and they a compounding each other.
between bad loot, ascendancy's i cant grind or even afford to buy the key for, and the reskinned blight your calling breach this league feels awful which is a shame if i could acually make some div i would love to make a lot of builds with the new foulborne uniques knowing my luck they wont go core it will just be cool looking mechanic i didnt get to enjoy.
Loading any city takes a very, very long time. When to fix it?

​Please urgently address the game crashes occurring on Intel GPUs. This league, the game is literally unplayable for us.
​In patch 3.26, the Vulkan renderer, while not perfect, was stable enough to use. However, in the current patch, playing with Vulkan immediately crashes the client without any error message.
​Furthermore, performance on DX12 is terrible, with FPS dropping to 3–5 in T16 maps.
​We aren't asking for better performence with DX12, we just need the Vulkan to stop crashing the client.
This issue is widespread and currently affecting every Intel Arc user.

The loot is fine. Sorry that so many people believe they need to be spoon-fed divines. Loot was out of control and needed to be reigned back in.

The problem not being seen is that there's basically nothing to use your loot for, the end game has been capped at a much much lower place in progression. Yeah you can get there pretty easily into the endgame with some budget league starter, but what is the purpose? There's nothing there when you get there. Everything at the end game is so easy and the baseline gear is so high that there's no meaning in playing the game and progression has been fundamentally broken like how it is in poe2 at the current time. It's very easy to get good gear in poe2 and nothing to do with it just like here.

The problem appears when they removed loot from what they removed it from. They heavily reduced the profit of t17s, practically removed rogue exiles alva and removed abyss, and reduced the map modifier effect nodes. That super hard endgame that was profitable doesn't exist anymore and you do the next most profitable thing, which is still profitable, but it is easy and so there's no incentive to play the game.
Can we please get some more UI updates for POE on console? Maybe even a similar skill mapping to POE2?
Loading screen times are out of control after the patch. Seems like Vulkan is preparing shaders constantly, even if you have already generated them before. Vulkan Shader performance probably has something to do with Intel issue as well.
Gtaftblood do not scaling from map mods. From 1+ min breach encounter you get 1alch and 20 portal scrolls. The league is unplayable, revert all the changes to map mods and quantity/rarity scaling to Affliction
