Does item filters work on shaders this league?

Where's my loot?
We lost so much quant and rarity and free party bonus from mercs is gone and the graft blood amount is too low |

" Scarabs enable farming strats. Main source of scarabs are Rare monsters. Since 3.27 start rare monsters don't drop scarabs, no matter how hard you juice them. I too don't mind seeing less loot, but keeping such an impactful bug alive for so long has no excuse. Yes, there's a huge hole in challenging but rewarding endgame farming strats now (there are non), but i'm sure that this early in the league people complain because scarabs are too expensive and many decided to not use them and they see less loot. - amount of graftblood feels low
- gold is an issue if you want to deal with Kingsblood, or even just to trade stuff -loot seems off - the breach encounters that spawns the walls literally ends up eating a big chunk of the map for nothing, meaning mechanics and map mobs won't spawn, just remove the walls for real |

I noticed a heavy noticeable declines in wombgift from doing breaches events / opening chests / fortress etc, to my surprise there is no patch note mentioning this at all except for a "fix loot that was intentionally dropping inside of the fortress" i'd then expect loot to be back to normal as it was on day 1 during the campaign but no... I'm in tier 16 now and it feels very scarce compared to when i was doing them during the campaign and early mapping. I can do like 10 maps now and not get a single wombgift.

having issues with getting graft blood in other ppls games, or just not getting any at all sometimes in my own. This a bug for just me, or anyone else? incredibly annoying.
