The only build that can't get it is a non crit build. You need to crit in order to trigger these tigers. Wilma's Requital > 70% IAS > Totem build ? but would need self crit hits. GGG, can you please confirm whether you're nerfing heralds or not. Because as it is right now, Heralds is by dominating by far. I will 100% go elementalist if they're not nerfed.
