GGG ignore the hate, these ascendancies are amazing, there is AT LEAST a node for any build. Can't wait to see the other ones.

Ok, so Farrul got the numbers confirmed.

5 tigers, each granting 25% crit, 7% atk speed and 7% cast speed.
So max is 125% crit, 35% speed

There's your "generic" node that's just good overall. No downsides, no stupid restrictions, not being incredibly niche. Any build can pick this up, spell or attack.

The only build that can't get it is a non crit build. You need to crit in order to trigger these tigers.

Like 50% ele damage converted to chaos is probably one of the strongest ascendency points in the game right now. I believe stronger than original sin - that should say it all.
With that node you can easily rotate almost your entire phys to lightning to spell through all elements and then to chaos. With how added damage works in poe1, that should be pretty insane.

You could already do the conversions already
Physical → Lightning → Cold → Fire → Chaos

And doing more than phys → 1 ele
was never that good because you're using a lot of slots and resources to convert elements, you may as well increase your stats with a good equip instead.

The benefit of OSIN is not worrying about elemental reflect and penetration, moreover chaos has wither which is an amazing debuff on enemies, poison is not the focus generally, because you still need poison chance.

So what is the point of this ascendancy? Well, it's basically accessing some bad poison scaling and wither. You don't access the best part of OSIN, ignoring elements.
You can do this better in other ways too.

This is a recurring issue with the nodes in these bloodlines.


It is a possible massive buff for Replica Alberon's Warpath. The big tradeoff for using it is that you lose basically all damage outside of strength scaling the chaos damage given by the boots themselves. This ascendancy gives you the ability to take advantage of more sources of damage scaling without dropping a mirror on Original Sin.

Yes, it's niche. No, it is not weak or mediocre.

people wont be as mad as you actually launching these small passive nodes that eat ascendancy nodes
hell, i wouldnt give up 5 dex for any of these
why would i even pay for something negative for my character first of all
Second, why would i even bother killing bosses for THIS? REALLY? not only the drops will be 1 alchemy shard items but now we even get punished for killing bosses

Helm Breaker’s Zoomancer is just going to be even better! Cannot wait to league start it.
A suggestion to make the game better (even though some ppl have already pointed it out):

I already have 8 asc nodes, Im mapping or doing other content and trying to find that specific boss i need. Some of those bosses are really hard to find or really hard to beat or even both.

Now as a reward for finally beating them, wouldn't it make more sense to make the bloodline asc free for 2 nodes or to make them extra powerful since im trading 2 of my original asc nodes. So the idea is that im already set on my build (somewhat) and now that im nerfing myself with giving away 2 asc nodes for 2 bloodline nodes, they should be with no penalty or reworked to be slightly weaker but without a downside.

I do see that some nodes are strong and with no downside (12% defense per specter), while there are also more of them that are average and with a downside.

Maybe im seeing this the wrong way and these were only ment to be niche and for specific classes like gladiator who only has 2 must take nodes out of 7

TLDR: The bloodline asc is a cool idea but we shouldn't be punished for defeating a boss but rewarded.
