How Secrets of the Atlas Launch Went

Not only the EU servers, SG Server is also super spiky every 5 seconds spiking from 40ms to 300ms literally unplayable for 3 nights straight. its always the nights that are spiking. Please look into it PLEASE

ISP Singtel from Singapore please ggg i beg you
After the, let's say bumpy launch of the console versions, it's nice to get back to PoE.

One thing that struck me massively was how much more fun PoE is in comparison to PoE 2.
hoho nice.

As a compensation can we get access to old mtx no longer in the shop for example we can buy the sanctum supporter back again for a limited time ? (I'm 100% using this incident to get that weapon effect xdd)

Good Idea!
Let us buy the Instable Malice Supporter Pack once more,...i realy need that weapon effect! ;)
This is the most unplayable this game has ever been. taking 12 minutes to run a map because my ping crawls up to 30k while i sit here waiting. at least I can hit esc and pause it now so I don't die.
You have fans in infrastructure and transit on a national level; you might just want to give us all the data about these attacks and crowd source some free IS support. Clearly it's not straight ICMP is it reflection what's going on.

Telling us what data you have would not change anything they're winning.
its been a week of ddos still not under control. I would recommend releasing what you know and let people outside of ggg deal with it. The lack of security on your servers makes me hesitant to give you my cc info for anything. Not to be harsh but you went too cheap on your cyber security and need to hire better people
How is it then, that changing your trade and global channels to obscure numbers and clearing chat logs with /cls literally solve 99% of these lag spike issues and bad performance?

If the issue was indeed merely DDOS, there are ways to mitigate and or circumvent this which have proven to be quite effective. Almost every online game gets hit with DDOS attacks but the vast majority of them aren’t exposed to the issues PoE(2) is facing. And especially not for this long. (EU) server performance took a nose dive after the 0.2.0 release - not that they were great even before that!

Either the DDOS is mainly an excuse to quiet the hordes until you fix whatever the underlying problem actually is, or you have an incredibly incompetent network team.

Either way - get your sh*t together.
