It went just fine for me! No connection issues or nothing. Good job from my point of view GGG. nI'm having a blast! On my second character now a level 85 Volcanic fissure of snaking zerker having a blast!!

I don't know if you changed something with the servers, but now my skills that require quick attacks/casts by holding the right mouse button just stop working. This is FATAL, roll it back! Monsters can hit me while my character just stands doing nothing. Everything works fine outside of combat, but it stops in combat, it's not lag.

Best league so far:) having merc to equip with gear make it double fun.

DDOS, DDOS and DDOS same excuse each launch of league or expansion in any games instead of saying again you do nothing to take more servers to avoid full servers queue or lag/crash...

If its true DDOS attack or not, we cant tell for sure but just fix the servers whats so ever so we can play.

League seems good so far.

All EU playing on US or Canada servers cant be the reality....

A lot of us (including yours truly, in NZ on Auckland server) have been getting fucked progressively harder and harder by LAG and the stuttering/fps/chugchug since at least the start of the month, and have been yapping about it. Yet here we are, more than halfway through the month, and you're just now addressing the elephant in the room?

You need to bring in an outsider to look at the entire way you are operating your business, IMO. Everything from how it took you 3-4 MONTHS to answer the most basic of support queries because your ticketing system is non-existent/complete dogshit, to how you don't communicate in a timely manner with your customers about issues, to how you regularly absolve yourselves of all responsibility (behind a thinly veiled attempt at humility) for fuckups, to how you have repeatedly 'underestimated' or whatever X, Y, or Z, when with your experience you really shouldn't be making those mistakes, to your quite frankly arrogant at times attitude of 'I don't have that problem, I can't replicate the issue therefore it doesn't exist, let's change the subject to more promises that won't be met on time', to how 20 years ago your whole site and forum system is...

I mean fuck, what is the point in creating a thread about an issue when you don't even respond unless it's something that's been brought up by a big streamer or you've been absolutely bombarded with threads etc. about it? Why not have a system where people can report bugs in game? Contact support in game? Isn't the whole point of Early Access so that you can figure shit out before it's properly launched?

I could go on, and I know I could format this post better, but I'm just so fucking angry with you right now, and I expect you'll just delete or edit this post. Maybe ban me if you're 12. I'm embarrassed as a Kiwi to see how you're screwing up what could be an absolute banger.

Remove my rage from the post as you digest it (don't edit/delete it), and remove your bias when considering that which I and others have said.

Why not contact Rod Drury (Xero), or Sam Morgan (TradeMe)? Tech nous with clearly superior business savvy. That's humility.

If I were Tencent, looking at the situation as it is from all of us customers' point of view, and the actual facts - not how you're spinning it - I'd be looking to fire a few people, and/or perhaps look to exit if it's too far gone. It's that bad, from where I'm sitting, and I hadn't heard of PoE or GGG until mid-November.

And lastly - if you need to shut it down for a couple of days to sort it the fuck out, I think most people would understand and actually be wrapped if you do fix it. Just give us plenty of in-game warning.
