[3.25] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

Ok upgraded a lot of things again.

Just need to do gloves, helmet and 2nd blanketed snow jewel now?
Or anything else like better rings/ammy or smth?

Hello everybody. I just found this build yesterday and since i was very dissapointed in explosive traps I decided to try this. I have an issue tho. I followed the budget version mostly and did pretty well but I still die a lot in t16 maps and I have a feeling that im missing something important. Another thing is I have only 7k ES even tho I have just about 100-150 ES less on gear as the build I followed. Would somebody be so nice and have a quick look what im doing wrong please? 70 ES on Helmet.
About 40 on Chest piece (when taken into consideration part of EV).
30 on rings.
70 on gloves.
21 on Belt.
20 for the last three levels od Discipline.
Total : about 230 ES.
2k int means 400% increased ES. That means 1250ES with those numbers.

If you feel squishy, usual suggestions include the Armour and Energy Shield mastery for 10% phys as chaos (so straight -10% phys damage) or the Evasion mastery on right for int as EV (double-digit evade chance).

Thank you it helped a lot! Btw I have an issue that sometimes I'm still rotating but my character completely stop casting icestom . Why this could be? Is it stun? I have the flask with 30% recovery

Make sure you also have the ES mastery against stuns.

So I found out it's not stun, idk what is it. My character stop casting icestom and he is moving (rotating) and stuttering in the same time. Difficult to explain tho.

There's noting wrong with your build. You're at 268k average hit on boss staff, which is very nice. You're at the stage where you're trying to get the most out of each slot to get further.

Get Unnerve on hit on gloves.

One more loevel will get you Doom Cast. Slot in Nature's Patience and another level to allocate it (I put 5 vines for calculations).

Change attributes mastery to int per mastery.

Get Awakened Cold Penetration. Level up your gems to 20.

Get your two Blanketed Snow.

Get your dmg per int on gloves to 4%.

Now you're at 500k, almost double, and it shouldn't have cost too much.

As you can see, it's a bunch of little things and multiply off each other. EAch one doesn't see like much, but they're all worth it.
