[3.19] DO NOT USE - Fuzzy Duckzy's Lightning Strike Raider - Great League Starter

What are we gaining from this moderate amount of Armour compared to 70% block chance?

Phys.Damage Reduction 68%
But is it worth losing a block? We are waiting for the results of tests and experiments of our author! :)

First, thank you Fuzzy and all the folks here. I only have 1000 hours in POE so I still 100% need help with builds. Here's where I am at: https://pastebin.com/43yE2dcJ

It's going fine if a little squishy during the league mechanic. I'm just about to run Merc Lab. Other than 6L for LS what should I be prioritizing? I made the claw and it seems strong but maybe I need to upgrade there? Any thoughts?
Good evening! I immediately apologize for my English.
I would like to clarify a few points.
1. Phasing in our Ascent gives us a good boost, but how do we use Phasing?I didn't see in your banks whether the Withering Step skill is an alternative buff?In the tree, I also did not find points for the chance of Phasing.
I use the jar as options, but I'm wondering how it works for you.
2. What is the priority to change after the Claw (it is now the main problem in my assembly).
3. The issue will be resolved with the damage, but the survival rate at the moment leaves much to be desired, maybe there are some tips?
Is Withering Step better used on a Cast When Damage Taken setup or just on left mouse button?

On Adders79's current build, Withering Step is unlinked so I'm assuming we're just self-casting as often as possible?

Yeah, just put on left click.
As an alterantive to the helm reservation, running a Hunter shield with increased reservation efficiency allowed me to run Anger, Defiance Banner, Grace, Precision and Herald of Ice at once. They are cheap on trade currently too so its a good budget option.

I got lucky with a Kintsugi chest today, Once I get a bit more currency im going to do a respec into Wind dancer and blind nodes just to test how it feels.

Quartz infusion grants us permanent phasing.

Little update from me, just killed Sirus A8 - and I didn't feel threatened at all. Even die beams barely did anything. My damage is lacking, but that's to be expected day 3 of a league.

Started yesterday with a Ranger and plan to go with this build (semi SSF, I don't buy gear)
Played SST self crafted last league and the build was doing superb, rolling through super juicy maps and killing A8 bosses was easy.

I wonder how will this build do in the end game with about 30-40ex in gear self crafted? Easy juicy maps and A8 bosses?
Does this build benefit a lot from double influenced rares? Last league I ended up having them in a lot of item slots and I love to create them as end game equipment.

Thanks in advance!

With that value in gear you will crush that content :) Only double influenced item I use are gloves: + 1 strike / Culling Strike

Phasing is automatic you do not have to do anything
Check out the youtube channel links I just bought out a video on progression
For Survival make sure you have jade flask - Grace - Immortal Call you should be good
