[3.15] Elemental Hit Ballista Totem Hiero | Budget Friendly | League Start to Endgame

Thnx for the example video m8, it seems to be smooth enough to clear scourged side even before finishing thenormal one.
Loose blood 90% slower helps of course, not all maps have that mod but even so, it seem to be fast clearing enuff.

Time to get back to it and level up an elehit totums hiero or ascendant (chietain/raider).

Got scared of changes, new tree and lack of detailed update and tried something else: toxic rain champ (Ziz) and poison concoction occultist (steelmage), but cant get confy with them, they are ok but feel clunky to me and specially in scourged realm..

Anyway ty for clarification. I just hope im not too far behind and can still find gear upgrades when needed, trading seem to die fast in the league.

You have Marylene's Fallacy with is 40% less crit.

Which has 18% Increased Critical Strike chance.

I just improved my gear, I have 44% now, you are better off going with Xoph's & respec the 4 points on AoF and using them for more DPS or survival.

Marylene? Oh, I see now. Thank you for the explanation, I definitely need more survivability, big bosses are tough.

I'm currently wearing Expedition's End, with the high Attack Speed from Quill Rain, I can perma-freeze all rare monsters and most of map bosses. It's great for the survivability during mapping, but obviously, the trick doesn't work on endgame bosses.

The build is still working fine for 3.16. I really like the Focus mods. They give a big boost in DPS during boss fights.

Culling Strike works with Frenzy. Frenzy will still strike an enemy, even if it is for 0 damage. As long as you "strike", Culling Strike will work.
