I've a question about cluster jewels. Is it worth using 1x medium and 1x large or it should be 2? And losing top side of the passive tree really worth it for 1 large and 2 medium?

" I'm mostly using CA to flood the map with poisons, not to deal projectile damage. The DoT Damage/Area Damage/Poison/Chaos do apply to that, if I understand the mechanics correctly. Been experimenting with Greater Volley/Fork/GMP, and when I get a large group going, it'll damn near fill the screen with poisons. Loving the build so far, I was lucky enough to craft a large cluster jewel early into Heist. Are medium clusters still used in 3.12? It mentions that they aren't that good anymore in the notes in that section.
