[3.21] ShakCentral's Cold DoT Elementalist For Everyone

Ok, I've been playing this build for a couple of weeks, after 4 years away from poe. It gave me the addiction I needed to get back and now I surpassed everything I had before.

Unfortunately, I'm playing in a PS5 and the market is all messed up. It's hard to find good affordable gear.

If anyone is willing to check up my PoB and tell me what should be my next upgrade steps, I'd be grateful. I know that the league is coming to an end, but I'm inclined to play it again next league.

Where do we get - mana reservation to use disc + malevolence + frostbite?

I assume it's so you can continue to incrementally craft upgrades for yourself as you acquire more currency. Once you have a good baseline of lower item level gear, you can start rolling on the higher level gear while continuing to progress with your starter gear.

I've been planning a really tanky Vortex/CS occultist and when Echoes of the Atlas was released, beautiful, perfect for my build.

I'm now thinking that profane bloom could proc on 2-3 of the bosses, which would be insane. I think this can happen and can't find any reason why it shouldn't. Does anybody know of one?

They will probably be too far apart for the explosion to reach them. kiting them into each other seems... complicated.

You just need more levels to get Reduced Mana reserved on the tree.

Also Awakened Blasphemy, Level 4 Enlighten Gem should help.


You could Self Cast Storm Brand linked with Hextouch Support and Frostbite this removes a lot of mana reserved. This would also require you to get rid of CWDT setup or change your enlighten setup.

The Explosion mechanic from Profane Bloom for bosses is not good for single target. Malediction is always going to be better DPS for bosses.

Going to play this build for my first time trying SSF (assuming no crazy patch note surprises), sick of feeling I need to be a trade bot. Anyone played this SSF and have any tips/tricks they learned along the way? What master/atlas nodes do you think would be most beneficial?

Have the ascendancy changes affected the build a lot?

What a remarkable piece of work! It must have taken an enourmous amount of time and effort. Enki can be really proud of you. :) I will try this build out in 3.13. I originally wanted to play Toxic Rain but your guide got me excited for Vortex. :)
