[Outdated] Ultimate EDTrickster [2M dps - UNKILLABLE]

Hi all,

I want to give my feedback after I played this build from the first until the last day of Harvest (~250 hours). I'm probably still a PoE beginner because I started with Delirium, just followed my gut feeling and no build guide.
Let's say it like this: I had a very very hard time in Delirium League ^^

And with this build it was exactly the opposite. Smooth leveling and smooth mapping to yellow maps with nearly no investment. Then you have to invest and it is definitely worth every cent. Use PoE Overlay to check the value of stuff and sell everything valuable which you don't need at the moment. Then you have enough currency for the key items (bow and armor). After that no red map can stop you and you get more currency which you can invest again and so on and so forth. The upgrade flowcharts and crafting tutorials are incredibly helpful!

I also read probably the last 250 pages of this thread and I saw and see mostly positive feedback to this build, which in my opinion proofs the quality of both, the build and the guide. Apparently, I'm also now a part of it ^^

One thought to the often-criticized single target damage:
As a beginner I don’t care if main bosses like Sirus, Shaper, Elder die in 5 seconds or 5 minutes. The most important thing is that I survive and that I kill the boss at all. In general, I learned that survivability is more important than DPS. Dying doesn’t make fun, you can trust my Delirium experience 😉

(Only one thing you never explained: Why are we using Spreading Rot, because we have only 20 Int nodes allocated but we need 40… ok ok I shut up :P)

hi. I am struggling super hard with this build. I'm lvl 68. 3k HP 1k Sheild. No idea why I can't even tank mobs sometimes and bosses are near damn impossible to fight. Is it my gear? Am I under-leveled to do maps? I'm new to the build and spell in general.

Someone can enlight me and tell me why we use tótem with wither? Con we Got a jewel that When we use blight it does wither Aswell, pls someone explain that to me xD

Mostly QoL feature. Much faster gaining wither stacks on enemies + drawing attention from you.

6link Bane+Despair feels so much better for clearspeed,unlike ED+Cont. The main reason is that with the latter, I first have to cast Cont and then ED, which is a very slow cast, and in that time I can die. Am I thinking this wrong or am I missing something with ED+Cont?

Just bought a 5 Link Cane, but i have a hard time getting 3 blue + 2 green sockets. Is there any secret oder trick? :)

Ed gives us massive heal while Bane not for example
