You mention Vitality Void as a good option for amulet, but from my understanding Attack Leech is not triggered by poison/DoT, which is our main damage source (also Plague Bearer won’t trigger it either as this is a spell). Will we really get that much leech from our non-DoT attack hits with the thorn arrows?

Yeah, we are still dealing some hit damage and the high leech % we get from Vitality Void is just enough to cap us usually.

Hey. wanted ur opinion. optimized my gear a bit and have since taken the iron reflexes route. Uh, i got a glorious vanity jewel drop and was wondering if without darkscorn if itd still b worth to take the jewel and still run iron reflexes. thx death.

Yeah it is still very strong even without Darkscorn.

I updated the PoB with Iron Reflexes + Divine Flesh tree earlier that is mostly just experimental, but you can try it. It instead uses Perfect Agony as Divine Flesh spot (but that means you have to drop nodes from that area because they will be corrupted, like revenge of the hunted and Method to Madness)

Its pretty good, prolif mostly takes care of everything. Some tanky bosses can be sometimes an issue if they are alone (e.g no mobs around to prolif from). But someone mentioned that just freezing mobs and letting boss come to them basically solves that, so that should do the trick. But from the blighted maps I run, they were pretty easy (compared to summoner I was playing before, this build performed a lot better).

If not utilising some of the skills, how effective do you think it would be using kaom's heart with iron reflexes?

Well someone in this thread is already running Kaom's and it sounded like it is more than fine, so it should work.

hey. just saying if u take the scion jewel socket by perfect agony u can keep method of madness and hunter. since they are pretty big nodes for dmg and life
