What's the best corruption for the weapon?

Any point of setting your movement setup into a hungry loop? aka could you benefit from an additional 4L setup at the cost of one ring slot?

How do i get the Watcher's Eye Prismatic Jewel with the anger buff? I am trying to buy it from the poe.trade but there is none with this buff. Can I only grab it from act 6? Does it matter with what class I would do act 6?

Is Chernobog a viable alternative to Lioneyes ? It droped for me in a low level map and I'm liking it quite a lot. For budget players like me it's also a good boost to DPS with the 25% fire conversion without goin all the way to Avatar of Fire node (still missing 15% conversion for full fire damage though)

You lose around 100 life and 5% block but you get free enfeeble cursing (works like a charm with our fast APS and the molten shell balls)

If I am already caped 80% and have stacked resit the wise oak defense is useless correct? so maybe adding dying sun would be better?

Probably Fortify and/or Onslaught.
Increased attack speed is also good, but I personally prefer Fort or Onslaught because Fortify would free up a gem slot and Onslaught would free up a flask slot.
Nothing else is really worth mentioning.
