Concentrated effect does a LOT more damage than fire penetration.

just wondering i'm only in the 40's atm but my immortal call is not proccing with the CWDT setup, i have IC (4), CWDT (2) , IG (5) together any ideas?

i shrekted pretty much everything
starting from HOTG to Ubers (Lab/Atziri's/Elder) to all map tiers / uniq maps

This build is awesome. I was a bit doubtful reading the description at first, I didn't feel like it's going to work on paper. But then actually tried it and holy hell, not even geared out yet (5l, thief's torment, no watcher's eye, no helmet enchant) and I'm facetanking guardians. Crazy. Really, thanks for this build and kudos.
