If you use a 334 pdps crit foil you will have a 7.1 millions shaper dps with this setup. (I've added one to the pastebin.)

Also you're going to be using the Damage on full life gem instead of bloodlust if you use the bleeding totem or instead of ruthless (which procs every 3rd blade flurry cast). So as far as the damage reliability, I think it's superior to both of these setups. You will also be having enough life % regen to sustain blood rage and be full life even without hitting anything even with the Abyssus.

If the amount of dps gets too retarded to be really useful. You can still respec some points (the Eagle Eye path and the Primeval Force path) and spec those 8 points into life which would bring you to about 7200 hp and still getting 7.25 millions shaper dps and 8 millions with Vaal Haste and up to 5.9 millions with a decent and not so expensive sword.
Remember anything above 3 millions shaper dps is already insane.

I wouldn't recommend it. The thing you'll be contending with if you can't invest enough into it is how squishy you will be. I've got around 6000hp with my belly, and a few decent health/resist gems, and a sybyl's lament and still find myself randomly exploding 100%-0 to various things. and i've invested at least 8ex on my belly of the beast alone.
