Hi! Can someone please check my character. I have a very ridiculous slow time to taking boss (even slower than the old build ) and I dont know whats wrong so far. so it would be good if someone can leave back some advises for me.
P/s: And also how to fight boss which does not trigger ( like the ghost boss on garden map ) :)

Use vaal righteous fire. It one shots about any boss with the ignite. Load it up in the beginning of map by switching chest, the take your old chest back after have killed like two packs. At boss change back and one shot.

If you want to have more VRF to be more sure of success, you can bring as many VRF as you wish. I load up up to 4 at guardian maps to be 100% sure to succeed.

Yo, have you considered Vaal Molten Shell with Scold's bridle? Somehow making it work for single target

Hi, yes I have considered it. Be aware of that a scold bridle is only equal to igniting (when wearing rat's cage), as every ignite will hit yourself with phys damage with eye of innocence as well as every spell cast will hit yourself with physical damage with Scolds. That is, I don't think scolds is worth it.

Should i max out gems or?

Yes and no, please check the build guide video linked at forum post page. There is a reason behind why gems are at different levels.

Hello ChrispieD!

i'm testing your new version of the build with abberath's.
The following is my actual situation, the rest is like in your video:
- I'm still using a tabula rasa as low on currency).
- As i still miss a few nodes i only have 1 curse (not in a blasphemy setup, but in a lvl1 CWDT)
- still need the opal

Compared to the old version with socrching ray / incinerate + CWC firestorm i've the sensation the clear speed is lower..

It's basically a pure CWDT build which rely on fire burst as dps.
So, are 2 lvl 20 CWDT set-up optimal for this build?
Shouldn't we focus on hitting as much as possible without caring the real dmg output of the single hit?

You want the lvl20 CWDT to be a second protector after fire burst with savage hits, without them you will random die at exploding spikes, heavy hitting bosses etc.

Using the setup I use, will not mean a slower clear speed. Howevery, you might not like the playstyle of running back and forth, which abberath's setup does, while the incinerate just stands in one place waiting for mobs to die.

Also your profile is set to private, which means I can not analyze your setup. The flask setup is quite important (dying sun is not a must, but nice if you can afford it)

very nice build and I really enjoy playing and I am actually thinking a CI version of this build could work.

Basically concept is the same except just go CI/Ghost reaver/ZO alone with life leech support and vaal pact, use both CWDT and CWS setup for skill proc. Good thing is life pool is a lot bigger and damage too (easier pick up all the fire damage node (heart of flame/breath of flame/snowforged). Chest piece can use a skin of loyal for cheap 6L + huge damage boost from gems.

Could I get some opinion from you for this, only thing I am worry about is if I will have enough life leech to counter all the damage?

Hi, I assume you mean the CWDT looping with fire burst of this build.

Going CI would kill all the survivability this build gives however. Essentially it would not be the same build, so ES is a no go.

what about the retch belt? did you tried it?

Yes in a slayer build, not in my afk builds. Essentially it is terrible, as your leech stops when you reach full life, so you only do 2x the damage you recieve from eg. bosses, which are overall very low compared to your damage output. The flask duration is cute, but you lose a lot of life and resists.

That is correct. I found VRF better in almost every way. You may still use vaal molten shell with rat's cage on multi phase bosses if you like, but I would not find it worth investing into.

I tried it out against a Breach boss and it didn't seem all that great. Though breach bosses in general seem to be iffy since many of them will not trigger savage hits. As soon as I switch weapons from the one with razor, basically all survivability goes away.

Hello!
Thank you for your reply!
I like the gameplay of Just running to kill stuff, but i felt like It is a bit slower
Probably a dual Curse Will fast the killing
Ad flask set-up i have 2 quicksilver of adrenaline, a Life flask, a basalt (for safety) and a silver flask

Never considered the safety from the cwdt and leech, thank for this clarification!
