While its an amazing RT sword for PvE this sword is easily countered by Molten shell or immortal call in PvP.

also ele dmg scales crazy amounts of time better than phys damage. you walk around fertile fields of 50-60% more damage modifiers when it comes to ele dmg scaling.

very nice sword for aoe melee skills i think, people can use conc with it, and it would work like 850 pdps sword

Lol'd at the flask hard when I read about it. I rate it an eleven out of ten. Can't wait to run 68% flask effect with it. One shekel has been deposited into your bank account, balance team employee.

With Flyndel saying he got 44% aoe and 3 projectiles, it means he has under 50% flask effect, meaning the projectile count is being rounded up. Was this a miscalulation? If not at what Flask Effect % do you get 3 projectiles? 1?

I personally feel Disfavour > this sword. It has slighty better minimal damage, faster, can use elements, bleed on hit, +3 weapon range total, easy to shock with p2l gem/any lightning skill and even a few % chance to shock off the tree, derpquake capable....etc..etc.. Swords do get a decent % chance to bleed if you invest in it so you could save yourself from using Voidheart. All in all I still think due to its limitations when it comes to damage type(s),skill choices and speed, Disfavour, Oro's and any top rare 2h is better then this sword. Is it cool? Yes. Is it a practical PvP weapon without at least another weapon to swap to, no.

You're right too, this sword is hard countered in many ways because its pigeon holed. It also looks fruity as fuck, like a "Diablow 3 Jay Wilson's abortion edition" weapon. I look forward to smacking fools around that enter PvP with this p.o.s thinking it's a win button.


That flask is just retarded. It's the Vinktar for EA users. Just like people enter PvP holding attack + praying + mashing Vinktar from off the screen. EA users that already hold attack + pray now get to mash Dying Sun.

I'm curious about what starforge considers to be elemental damage, it'd be a let down if that included chaos damage. Also seems like it gets countered by physical reflect, and wouldn't be able to touch ci immortal call (personally, I use taste of hate to get those guys). Not that any of that even scratches what an awesome weapon it is, it's like it was created to trick people into abusing lacerate and getting it nerfed.
