one handed sword + aegis builds might make a comeback. this is also a good buff for RT as well.

i believe this chest hit spellcasters much since thye have like 600-650 crit multi

RIP Haunt perfect build crafted over the years...
This Armour + Enfeeble is so OP!

Downside is Movementspeed Reduction and no Life. Thats a fair trade i guess.

hahahaha rip crit, just when i was gonna be able to afford decent gear for an archer lol

and that helmet, they wanted to nerf coc so they made a new coc that you can use at the same time as a regular 6L spell, that thing is like a 10 link

I can see Dismantle along with the zero damage club standing in the arena with one of these bad boys and showing their pvp skills.

I wouldn't think it affects spellcasters more than other crit builds, gearwise everybody gets critmulti on weapon and amulet mostly, or swapping in the same gloves (exception is abyssus, again not a caster). On tree the availability of critmulti is similar for any build on general fix nodes, or jewels.

I do enough damage, haha. Real PvP is about moving, picking your shots and making them count. Not making a LA frost wall build and whacking off.

Your wife, kid, dog, road kill you see on your way to work shouldn't be able to just hop on your character and net kills by holding down attack.

oh yeah with your EA build which you time to time switch to 2H melee to look cool and oldschool? that's great.

Rup, other way around, sweetie. But if anything, he just proves that EA is pretty fucking broken (and, by extension, a T1 skill) that a melee class can just switch to a bow skill and get kills with it. It's not even really that some peoples' builds are good, it's just that powerful bows + lightning arrow + frostwall is overpowered. No need to get offended and go on the attack or anything youjustneedto CALM down, just keep PVP in the arena, not the forums.

As for the uniques, I kinda look forward to seeing people try to use them, especially the chest piece. Wondering how that'll interact with Inquisitor's shit, whether it'll make a difference or not.

Ohhhh, and people using Bear Trap. I never read into what people were doing with that, but I think it was crit. That'll be neat.

That chest is actually damn tempting. Not like death's oath give much life as it is anyways, if i swap bloodgrip for warped time piece I get to keep my movement speed and most of my attack speed.

Not rip but it definatively puts my damage down by a good amount, on the other hand the opponent losing mobility and block is a huge downside.

30% on 75% block is 22% loss, quite a big drop which makes my firestorm dps go up since it will hit more often.

On another note my flat damage is pretty high and such new item upscales the importance of having good base damage without only aiming for crit multiplier which a lot of casters make their mistakes on.

My tree goes right above EO ( elemental overload ), i can easily use a regret orb and get that node if i'am to 1v1 someone using that chest. 40% more damage when critting is a good bump, i can also put in
which does reduce crit chance but also gives 45% more damage. EO and that gem or concentrated effect will give around 85% more damage which is comparable to some crit multiplier for sure. The gem would drop me from 80% chance to 71%, it's still enough to land a lot of critical strikes and gaining flat x-y dps.

Considering the fact that i'am inquisitor i still need good crit chance base, i'll need to find ways to pump the damage without reducing chance by much, emp4 might actually be a better option than controlled destruction.

There's always things you can do to adjust to new counter uniques, i dont think that chest alone can put my whole build down in a single item the damage is still going to be there from a good flat base and proper adjustments.

This chest is way better against spells that hit slow a hard, i'm not that scared with firestorm since it hits smaller but way more often. Reducing your block against a multiple hit skill is not a good thing, especially when i can pump the base damage with a few adjustments here and there.

We'll see how it goes !

Rup you know I'm 100% fire, my EA is actually a legit offhand option. I don't want to use it but the way the game is now its a must along with Burning arrow/Blast rain. Plus I used offhand EA/Puncture before you even PvP'd. I'll admit I never used PA though, it just seemed meh. Be honest with yourself for once, you will never play something that isn't "lame" or "top tier".

The body is really fking good for 2her, pure armour jugg goes well with it. Max end charge on hit, easy 40k armour w/o flask, no extra crit dmg taken and you can also save 3 passives and put on a gg rare belt for res and life.
On the other hand, secondary dmg overlap and dot remains problematic. Once ggg fix that, pvp might be worthwhile playing again.
