0.11.0 Patch Notes

If the nerfes for player/mob are asymetrical this patch is a huge buff in all systems
What can never be lent or earned?
Somewhat, that devours everyone and everything:
A tree that rush. A bird that sings. It eat bones and smite the hardest stones.
Masticate every sword. Shatters every shrine. It defeat mighty kings and carry mountains on lightly wings.

RT can't be really nerfed (it's a binary thing, you can or cannot miss, you can or cannot crit), just either increase its cost in passive points (a plain kick in the guts) or make the counterpart better so its downside is felt more like a sacrifice. They chose the second one.

all this stuff for a patch must of took alot of time......I guess desync is probaly at the bottom of there To do list as I see no mention of "we are working on ways to help with desync" i think the haste mods need to be removed. doesnt make shit harder just more annoying and maybe dont make narrow paths if you know it causes desync? I enjoy this game but it pisses me off loosing my high lvl char to a issue that had nothing to do with me (got good net brah and good peecee and try to minimize dem riskz of desync okay brahs) really whant this game to succeed so please concentrate more on fixing ur current problems with the game You guys say you dont send patches out until theyre perfect ect but I need to address the elephant in the room DAT DESYNC BRAH it shits me off ppl sink hundreds of hours into a char tht dies to a server issue...cbfd ranting anymore just hate to see a great game go down the pipe....in regards to adding all these patches "less is more" "quality over quantity" I also play a FP and a EK and a frost waller(desync ruined him tho tht skill really sucks when mobs desync through ur walls) I must be the only one who doesnt care about the so called nerfs to those skills

WTB ALT ART DEMIS
At first glance this patch looks very disheartening and poorly targeted. Just nerf PA and the spell damage bonus from RF instead of destroying every aura based build in the game. Its not even worthwhile to take innerforce/increased buff effect/elemental adaptation.
I do not care about the new league so this patch for me is sweeping nerfs and a respec.

As for the nerf to EK and FP i really dont understand. Is GGG doing a summation on build usage and systematically nerfing the ones that come out on top?

At least add duplicates of the nodes somewhere in the tree so that it is "less" accessible but at least still achievable.

Seeing how Onslaught is a hardcore league, and most hardcore players consider anything softcore to be worthless, I'd say, not many. And it can't be done in Anarchy.

If my calculation regarding my templar damage and defense after Wednesday will be be proved, this ones are very similar in my feeling. It's quite easy to estimate how much impact nerf of Inner Force or Static Blows will have on your DPS.

So, you have lower DPS, lower HP so lower regen & life leech and although monsters will do less damge, will have the same amount of HP so it will took longer to take them down and you will be longer exposed to threats.

To be honest, the more I simulate situation after 0.11 patch, the more I think that maybe it's time to eventually buy Dragonborn. I'm a little tired with canceling my few months work and forcing me to start anew. It's not my kind of fun and I don't like to be told, where the fun is.

And what pisses me most, is that if I knew those notes before weekend, I would not be willing so much to spend another dollars to buy more GGG points, as I did.

Anticipation slowly dissipates...

This looks really good cant wait to try out some new melee builds, though I have a feeling melee may be a bit to strong with all of the changes but only time will tell...keep up the good work GGG I love you no homo
btw, with monster damage being rebalanced, have the specific one shot kills been nerfed out of the game?
-vaal merc slam and rocks.
-charged yellows doing huge AOE in merciless marketplace sewers.
-bear trap boss in merc first entering act 3.(not strictly one shot, but might as well be, when chooses to recast bear trap on you)
-few other yellows.

note: dont mind difficulty, dont even mind critters that can one shot you, but with synching being what it is, these shouldnt exist until desynch is fixed, and the attacks should be very visible (and merc vaal rocks are very , very cheap)
the problem is that otherwise you have to plan your entire build around a few fights => not fun, and forces you into the OP skills so you have enough points left to go all life & + life items.

the problem is with the skills. a good balance would be say for merc to be fully playable with say 2k hp, you can have more, of course, but at this time spending more points on life does not significantly gimp your kill capability, you should *need* to spend more points into attack/etc. and this will only happoen when there are no more OP skills.
have finally gotten used to the lab... I dont hate it anymore.:)
