Same bug, quest stuck at “speak to Farrow” in skull of the titan

Same here, Act 2. I tried to talk to him in the caravan, but it didn't work either. |

+1 checked deshar , keth and badland locations multiple times , restarted instance in skull of titan multiple times , nothing

Spoke to him but clicked kinda quick. Quest state didn't resolve nor give me rune knowledge. |

+1 farrow won't spawn in at the skull of the titan part in act 2.

FOUND A TEMP FIX!!!
Go to the Skull of the Titan, make your way to the end and wait for Farrow to take his book. Then open the dialogue and click on the one that says: Volume Four: The Rise of Cadigan. After the dialogue ends, you should be able to click on the altar. If it does not, click on all Volume Dialogues. It worked for me. |
