Act 2 runeseeker skull of the titan Farrow won’t spawn

Can’t get Farrow to spawn again. Thought I had finished the quest clearing the skull cave and left. Forgot to talk to Farrow to complete the quest. Now I can’t get him to spawn again I’ve tried resetting the instance and restarting the game but no luck. Please help ggg

Having same issue but in Act 3 Mystic Forge. Quest tells me to speak to farrow there but he does not spawn.

(I spawned him the first time and then reset to checkpoint, now I can't get him to spawn. Tried a new instance).

Same issue in Act 3. Got to Mystic Refure, but Farrow is not spawning

+1, in act 2 I fell off the map and had to respawn at checkpoint, then the quest got bugged and I can't complete it.

Same here, Act 2. I tried to talk to him in the caravan, but it didn't work either.

Yeah weird one, for me its in Act 3 "Travel to Mystic Refuge" cant see Farrow to talk to.

For me, it was in the Bone Pits, found the skull (found all three of the Runestones he shows up at) and cleared the area but Farrow never showed. I left the area, logged out, reran the zone 3 times now and still nothing. I've finished Act 2 but haven't moved on yet. Any workaround to get him to spawn?
