Same for me at act 2 skull of the titan... Have tried like 10 times during the day,even tried checking all 3 locations with the needed parts of the titans body - that maybe something went wrong there(nothing fixed). |

Same bug, checked each of the locations related to this quest with no interactions available.

+1 pretty sure I did the quest when in Act 2. Came back when it said I was missing recipes from Act 2 and Farrow won't appear.

I noticed this bug only happened in endgame because runecraft wasn't available. I returned to the Titan's skull, and there was no one there.
