Act 2 runeseeker skull of the titan Farrow won’t spawn

+1 farrow won't spawn in at the skull of the titan part in act 2.

+1 No crash or anything but still hasn't spawned since yesterday through multiple relogs etc.

Happened to me in multiplayer. I'm pretty sure I even clicked him when he originally spawned. Realized the quest state didn't update when I was back in town. Tried to go talk to him but he wasn't there. He does not spawn in any new instances; I've tried 4 times over the past 24 hours.

Same here. Can't get him to show up no matter what. Pretty sure I spoke with him when I was with my buddy levelling in a party as well.
