I think you misunderstand me. You can still use different modification types, just not on the same 1 piece of equipment. But you will be able to use multiple crafted modifiers, just only 1 per piece of equipment, so you can still use more then only one on an entire build that has 8 or so pieces of equipment.

No it's not. They also nerfed aura bots. Party play is dead now.
