Team members cannot lose solo players, just as parasites cannot lose their hosts.

You’re benefiting from the party system, aren’t you? The rewards from teaming up are ruining the game for every other player—except for those who make money off it. This game is meant for everyone to enjoy together; the number of players reflects how alive it is. Not everyone relies on this game to put food on the table like you do. Get a real job, buddy.
"
Enough, buddy. You've replied to this thread way too many times, tirelessly trying to convince others that teaming up is reasonable.
You're so afraid of fixing teaming up, yet you're also worried about people leaving the game—solo players can go and get other high-value items. You're ridiculous, buddy. Your whole logic is based on your mindset of farming for resources and making money, while normal players just want to enjoy all the gameplay, not be forced to repeatedly run that boring trial.
I play in a 3 man party of irl friends (no rarity bot), when not solo. And Trio has way worse loot than a solo or full party.
The fact of you guys going personal on me only shows your lack of arguments in the actual discussion.
As for the part of "normal player wanting to play and enjoy":
Well, it's poe. Here you need to be skillful not only in game mechanics, buildmaking and reaction time - economy understanding and using it for benefits is a skill as well.
I gave you the logic behind and the solution to the issues indicated in main post. Whether you will dismiss it and keep the denial or adapt and become a decent poe player is up to you.
What you described fits diablo or other casual titles more than it does poe.
You should be thankful GGG dropped the friction from trade (which i agree to be a good decision).

People who benefit will obviously fight tooth and nail to keep what they're used to. Trying some new changes isn't a bad thing. Group play is way too overpowered with aura bots and rarity bonuses, and you guys are multiple people but only pay the cost once — that's a bit too unreasonable.

Also, let me add one more thing. The inflation caused by group play has forced a lot of average solo players into RMT — otherwise they could never afford gear that's actually usable. Something that costs 1 Divine today might jump to 5 Divines just six hours later. And a ticket that costs 5 Divines can easily be a net loss for a solo player, but a group can make pure profit from it. How is that fair?

If GGG keeps the insane advantage for party play, I’ll probably burn out on this game way before it even hits open beta—and I’m not buying any more supporter packs.

This is yet another case of misrepresenting the game, replacing the advantages of teaming up with a denigration of individual skill.
If I can't play a few specific playstyles with the same dedication and precision, does that mean I can't properly utilize the game's economy? Haha.
It's teaming up that's blocking the main roads, and you're questioning why you don't just go take the back alley? Who are you on?
What strange arrogance! Do you think you're the only one who understands supply and demand and the economic system?

i like how you guys just keep mumbling about what you want and how stuff should be, but with zero actual ideas about how to make it happen.
And while given some actual facts, you just crumble down and attack the commenter.

^ this being the one valid argument you guys have so far (though I wouldn't say "forced"). Everything else is just plain accusations towards anyone with different opinion or vague and feelings-based nothing.
Since we all are aware about how loot works now, and the fact of Boss-exclusives not being affected by party bonus, can we have some actual discussion please?
If you remove party currency quantity bonus, then any party play becomes genuinely worse than solo.
GGG clearly made the multiplayer for a reason.
So, how would you balance this? How can a group be on the same level as solo?
Give personal loot? What about Boss-exclusives then? If loot drops for one person only - group is in disadvantage. If loot drops for everyone separately - the group is in advantage because they pay for one entry only.
Also, this league was the first time i actually used a divine orb to roll the item mods. Did you know that's the purpose of these? Add this to the equation please.
I'm gonna skip my view on the subject from now on, so you guys can drop your feedback without feeling the necessity to throw shit at me for having different opinion. But I will drag you a bit, so you see how shallow your perspectives are.

The Solo Self-Trade server is a solid choice.
If you enjoy playing in a party, you can go for the league server. But if you don't want to be affected by the extra loot/benefits from party play, the Solo Self-Trade server is a great option for you.
