Deadlock Detected

Deadlock just on starting menu. cannot play at all.
first time it appears to me. just impossible to play. never had issues previous leagues.

well, will skip this league it seems.

I'm facing the same problem. In my case, disabling the loot filter removes the error. If you turn on the filter in the game, it freezes and does not work. In this case, I'm using windows 11 pro 24h2. I've played the past leagues on windows 10. Another point is that I have a xeon 2650v4 processor, maybe it doesn't support new technologies. GTX 1660 video card and 32 GB RAM.
Maybe there is some library missing for the work of the neversink, I do not know.

I got "deadlock detected" everytime I tried to allocate ascendant nodes

Got this problem today, too.

Works all fine yesterday, but start having POE eating tons of RAM(8~9GB+) a few hours ago, trying to fix it and suddenly got deadlock 30mins ago then never able to open the game anymore.

Already try to delete all cache, didn't work. Super frustrated.

I have the same issue Errer-Window with Deadlock ...

Here is my (not good fix): do NOT press anything, game still loads after 20+ seconds more.
Just move the error window to any corner and don`t touch it XD

EDIT: Switched to Vulkan. Didnt appear since then!

I deleted the "Path of Exile" folder inside C:\Users\your_username\Documents\My Games, and so far the error message has not appeared again

Same here, only started happening today? Moved to DX11 today as DX12 was awful when trying to stream using OBS at the same time.

Playing game as usual, completely locks up game, usually happens when a lot of effects/mobs on screen.

Happening every 5-10mins or so.
