Was this league a success?
" %100!!! TRUTH!!! They DELETED My entire play style with the stupid AND UNNEEDED ball lightning and lightning warp changes but you know, that Spark AutoBomber BS is just fine. |

" The dev team is fine, the vision is out of touch. Unfortunately the only solution is also cause for posts to be deleted apparently. So to phrase it constructively, we need to align the leadership to fit with the clients requirements. |

in terms of player numbers? sure. give people insane amounts of loot and they will play.
IMO this league was a massive failure. very poorly designed league mechanic that was not tested at all before release. they cant balance the game or the loot. they dont punish exploiters. only thing they can do to maintain players is to give them loot. 50 divs per temple run is insane. but this is the only reason people still play the league. league has nothing going for it except this unbalanced currency printer. Content wise the league is really good.
Unfortunately GGG destroyed the league for me by preventing people from building a snake temple on the second weekend, except for those that already had one. That was the definition of unfair treatment. That one weekend, for me, was enough to ruin what could have been a great league. Personally I'm really disappointed with GGG's decision making and with how they respond to stuff like that. I wish they started to treat the game for what it is - NOT Early Access, and started to be a little bit more considerate with their decisions, and maybe better at predicting and calculating. And also, content aside, the league introduced some technical problems. For one - the loading times of zones are like five times longer than before. At first I thought "oh wow, look at the loading times, the league must be stacked!"... but no, it just is a lot slower. Not to mention a lot of weird sprint bugs and overall increased "clunkiness". " they only started over because they wanted a fresh economy. thats pretty obvious. had the economy not been completely ruined i wonder how many people would start over in that private league temple ruined the economy so badly that people are forced to start over if they want to play in a healthy economy. you call that a "success" ? " Successful league if you can get players to come back to a STILL over the top and imbalanced mechanic. With 50k max players, instead of several hundred thousand. Yea extremely successful EZ Mash the clean

I personally think 0.3 was better in almost every way. I wouldn't be surprised if they made more money in 0.4 though due to a December release. But in terms of quality, I liked 0.3 a lot more than 0.4.

Yep, best poe2 league so far. Im having a blast und while i have everything achieved (lvl 100, mirror drop, printing divs. etc.) im still playing because the league Mechanic is just that good. You get rewarded for progressing the temple. For each room you build the temple gets "harder" which also results in more loot which you can then spend to improve your character to then progress your temple. Its a perfect mechanic in itself.
Sure it has its flaws and is dropping way too much currency/loot. But still with its flaws its way more engaging then any other league for me so far. (: |

" you dont seem to get it. people only came back because they cant play in regular league. economy is so badly ruined. this is the worst league to date as far as balancing goes. they cant balance the game at all. the multiple patches they did just made things worse. you are just rewarding their incompetence by calling it successful but whatever |
