PoE2 players have already casted their votes with majority players in Deadeye LA lol.
Vast majority of players don't put their build into build websites. People who do so are the meta slaves too dumb to make their own builds and just copy what streamers tell them to make.
You got a source for this data you just claimed?
Even if you got the data, can you tell us the exact number on the distribution of builds? Would they even be different to the publicly available poe.ninja data?

This does not strengthen your argument. Would people be follow and copy streamers if the build sucks and not fun to play? Are you calling literally dozens of thousands people (if not hundreds of thousands) are outright stupid and have no free will and therefore their vote by playing a smooth character is not valid?
In 3 sentences you have managed to: fabricate data and put your personal opinion above hundreds of thousands people.

It is the other way around.
"Zoomers" were happy with 0.1 and 0.3 for one.
The "slow and methodical" crowd has never been happy with anything, except maybe act 1 of campaign.
And they won't be happy with 0.4 either when it's all said and done. You thought 40% more life on monsters would remove the zoom meta ? Think again. Waystones can roll modifiers way higher than that and it doesn't make a difference.
The truth is methodical combat requires handcrafted encounters and a pretty narrow range of power levels to be balanced around.
It isn't compatible with the amount of rng of a game like PoE 2, nor with the wide range of player power level that comes with such a complex game, with as many systems and options for scaling.
There will always be a way to break the game in the high end, and fast clear speed will always be meta.

Sure buddy, that's why the zoomers complained so hard about e.g. viper, movespeed, general slowness.
Please stop confusing things.

See you in a few days when you'll realize that players are once again zooming through T15

oh it will take a few seasons in the direction of 0.4 to change that. Once zoomers realize they cant clear all content (maps juiced with difficulty instead of packsize), things will get good.

Fun how you manage to get basic logic wrong.
Not all people publish their builds online. That's just a common fact. Literally basic logic should tell you why.
And yet you act like you're smart and talk down. kek.

True.
There is nothing to add.
People say there is no wrong way to play the game and i disagree completely. Imagine being Fubgun and playing 1500 seasons creating same character who just picks movement speed and crits on a tree and calling it a build. I wish some streamers didn't make "content". When i joined this game people said you can't play without following a build and now i udnerstand that following a build is the worst thing you could do.

People don't have to "post" their builds online for them to be on poeninja.

Yet he clears all content the game has to offer on a record time.
and before you say "hur dur this is not fun" YES, it is a lot of fun for a lot of people.
