100k Monster killed not one singular divine drop

You guys still don't know to play POE. In POE you do hard content & uber bosses. Are you guys chasing Kalguuran tablets? Are you doing Logbooks? If you want money&divines farm Olroth. Yesterday i dropped the flask and a lineage supp gem total of 113 divines on a single run.


Fyi i have %99 rarity. If you are waiting divine orbs dropping raw as like exalted orbs you are all wrong.

I went decades without seeing certain items appear in D2. That's what makes these games fun.

While I agree with the gist of the statement, I don't know how reliable Olroth is to farm. I've tried him a few times so far using runic splinters I farmed myself in logbooks and he's dropped nothing of value. Meanwhile, if I had sold the 150 splinters instead, I'd have at least made 1div guaranteed. Not to mention whatever other goodies I got from the logbooks themselves.

He seems like a gamble where you either get a massive payout or are 1div down. No inbetween.

Pay no mind to the statements you need rarity on your gear to find divines. That's just not true. It helps of course but it's not required, so long as you get it from somewhere. Tablets, waystone modifiers and instillment will do just fine.
I have no rarity gear on my gear and i find them regularly.

I run with zero rarity on char due to off-meta build limitations. Raw currency drop is not good; I get occasional div drops coming from the map rarity. Doing rituals and craft-flip has been a savior.

It is true! I upgraded my gear to 150% rarity, and I immediately started getting Divine, Annul, and Fracturing drops.
The difference between 0% and 150% is HUGE!

Are you kidding me? You’re the one who said it yourself PoE2 is an RPG game, and in all RPGs, there are certain ways to obtain things. In PoE2, the way to get loot is to equip your weapons and armor, and if you want to find currency, you need to keep your item rarity and item found rates high.

What you’re saying is like, “I couldn’t find a weapon, so I’m trying to kill mobs with my fists and keep dying.” The game very clearly includes a Rarity Items Found rate if you don’t have it, you simply won’t find currency, not even exalts. I really don’t get why you find that so strange

The problem is rarity and people like you who think it's fine. It's a bad stat that adds nothing to the game. Without it balance is far easier to tackle with both loot and stats.

That's the point. I'd say farming Olroth is definetely more better than Xest,King in the Mist and even Arbiter. I think i can suggest you to farm Rituals / Omens for better Divines for regular mapping.
