100k Monster killed not one singular divine drop

Well this is enlightening. All I do is 6mod, slam a chaotic rarity omen on it, and call it a day. I often forget desecrating is a thing, and instilling emotions. Do desecrations persist through vaaling waystones?

I think Vaal'ing is limited to one "change" so if it turns into a T16 it will keep the affixes including the Desecration but I don't know for sure.

I definitely recommend the high rarity desecrations, though. Especially if you run 0% rarity gear like me...

Like I hate to be a snarky little brat, but I just pulled an Omen of Light out of what will be my last map for the night. At current market rates that's 4.2 divs. So based on what that guy said earlier I looted 6.2 Mirrors worth of "luck" tonight...

Also, no I didn't know anything about difficult desecrated mods giving more rarity. What are the "difficult" desecrations?

Just look at the available Desecrations: https://poe2db.tw/us/Waystones_top_tier

The ones that make the map more difficult like "marked for death" or "slower skill speed per skill" are also the ones that boost rarity by the highest amount.

Here's my personal tier list:

no, you specc'd too heavy into damage/defense without leaving room for rarity.

That actually doesnt matter that much. Tablets and Delirium and 6 Mods matter more than personal rarity.

You guys have legitimately got be fucking kidding me at this point.

Are you telling me if I ran rarity I would have picked up 25 mirrors so far? 😖

Like come tf on what game are you people pretending to play?

That is either incredibly lucky, or you're juicing your maps in such a way I don't understand. How are you juicing?

In exactly the very same way you are I suspect because it's not exactly f'ing rocket science is it?

I rarify my Waystones to 5-mods then I Desecrate them to 6-mods then the ones with zero rarity I sometimes hit with Omens of Chaotic Rarity then I slap some random emotions on them and once in awhile I'll corrupt a batch to run some 16s like there's really not that much to it.

I mean I guess to be fair, I'm assuming you're aware of the huge rarity boosts you can get by choosing the more "difficult" Desecrations?

LOL!!!! And you still defend these drop rates? xD I’m starting to think the community here is a bunch of masochists.

1. Drop rates need to be bad to protect the economy. If you got divines hand over fist, they'd lose a significant amount of value and items you wish to purchase will become more expensive as a consequence.

2. Valuing your success entirely based on raw currency drops is a noob trap that's been a problem for people since PoE1. Find stuff that's worth selling instead and you'll find you will have a lot more divines than just what you pick up off the floor. I found 2 Rakiata's Flow so far this league which are worth a total of 50div together, plus I found a Grand Spectrum emerald worth 14div.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

And the winds will cry / and many men will die / and all the waves will bow down / to the Loreley
I haven't seen a divine in almost 2 weeks and I've played every day.

You're missing my point.
I'm not measuring my success based on raw currency. All I'm saying is that rarity or quantity shouldn't be a required stat for loot to drop.
In my subjective opinion, it is required in PoE2 right now—otherwise, I would've dropped a Divine Orb by now.

They're not required stats. I literally just mentioned finding 2 different items worth significant value, and neither of which are affected by quantity or rarity, far as I'm aware.

Rakiata's Flow is entirely chance based by running Jade Isle maps. Grand Spectrum is found in a gold spectrum chest in Trial of the Sekhemas. Trial of Chaos also has valuable soul cores if you wanna do that.

And it's not just those. Expedition, Breach, Delirium, and Ritual all drop splinters which sell for decent currency in bulk, with Ritual not being dependent on quantity or rarity.

Corrupted essences still sell for decent currency, but it's entirely RNG. Research strongboxes are pretty decent from what I heard, though I never personally tried them.

All I'm trying to say is that you have options.
