" In exactly the very same way you are I suspect because it's not exactly f'ing rocket science is it? I rarify my Waystones to 5-mods then I Desecrate them to 6-mods then the ones with zero rarity I sometimes hit with Omens of Chaotic Rarity then I slap some random emotions on them and once in awhile I'll corrupt a batch to run some 16s like there's really not that much to it. I've literally ignored rarity in PoE2 and have had no problems clearing content. You guys just need to stop drinking the streamer koolaid is what I think is real. |

you clearly care about drops if you put that much effort into crafting your maps so why not just get some gear with rarity? i dont get it. just because you dont want to do what streamers do even if it means getting a lot less drops?

I literally juice my maps like once a week in bulk and it takes about 5 minutes total. " Because ^^ this mentality means that getting gear with anywhere remotely close to the stats that I have AND high rarity would cost many many more divines than I paid for the gear I have. My entire kit at the moment is like 25 divines and 15 of that was my crossbow. I'm far better off clearing more content faster with 0% rarity than I am sacrificing the stats and divines it would take to get a few % more rarity like again you guys just watch these streamers who tell you what to do and don't bother actually doing the math on what you're investing in. Like quite literally take any one of my items and swap the lowest affix out for max rarity and you've got an item that on its own would cost more than my entire kit combined. Most divs - 20 i farmed 3 days ago , stacked rearity to 100-120% with charm, tryied also to 180 on blood mage but didint change too much, yesterday tryed maps with rare monsters/rarity and 112% + charm, 5 or 6 perf exalted and few divs , its rng but 100% rarity is must have for fine drops after my tests. And most dropped in 10:00-15:00 idk why :D...

" Well this is enlightening. All I do is 6mod, slam a chaotic rarity omen on it, and call it a day. I often forget desecrating is a thing, and instilling emotions. Do desecrations persist through vaaling waystones? Also, no I didn't know anything about difficult desecrated mods giving more rarity. What are the "difficult" desecrations? there was a bug in 0.1 where some players would never get certain drops due to their rng seed or whatever... i wonder if that bug still exists but is even more rare?
