I'm cursing with ele weakness now; you were right. I'm freeze immune with arctic armour but the flasks are helpful for chill. I am now a great believer in Garukhan pantheon for shock effect reduction.

Game performance was painful. Dusting out the case made no observable difference. I am glad I had a decent sword to carry me.

I'll keep playing this character for a while for league challenges. I am open to any suggestions on how to get stronger. My hat is terrible, my chestpiece should be armour/evade base, I'd like life on my chaos res ring, I need to do more with my flasks, and I have 2 sockets available that I'm not using. There's probably tons of stuff I am missing. I honestly feel pretty lost.

I attempted the new Breach bosses blind in a t16 and died due to poor game performance, although I did make it to the final phase. can't dodge attacks while frozen from shader. pretty sad about it. I'll have to do some troubleshooting, maybe try Vulkan again instead of dx11, if I can get it to start. The Memory Pinnacles were certainly loading worse this patch than in 3.26. And in breach encounters I dare not hit the 'bombard the hiveborn' button unless I want the game to freeze.

Anyway, that's victory in the challenge! I had fun building something I normally would not have played. I've learned a lot about warcries and some about elemental weapon builds. Recombinating is driving me mad or probably already has. I spent a lot of resources recombinating but then apparently sword upgrades grow on trees. Not actually complaining.

Congratulations with this victory! What kind of videorecorder do you use? If that's OBS, you can change encoder settings (Settings -> Output -> advanced encoder settings) to faster ones. OBS will need much less resources to do his thing and you'll get less lags.
As for the build, i really like your idea to use warcries. It's an interesting and unintuitive way of scaling damage as elemental build. I've never played with exerted attacks and, maybe, will try it next league if it'll work for me.

Such a coincidence! My character also has two empty sockets. Well, i think about filling them with some fasion things like increased area of effect for RF (big circle = cool).

Oh, that's very bad in my opinion. As i remember there are always problems with initial loading of a content. It's explainable: game should render all of this and store in a cache to then use it later. But for some reason it happens every new league (at least, for me). Maybe there's a great reason behind it and we cannot understand it. Anyway, i believe it should be fine after this loading finishes.
