" Doesn't Physical fit an Abyssal Lich more than Fire? If you pump Physical spells, and use His Vile Intrusion or His Foul Emergence, it might be easier. Personally, I'd love to try HVI, because it would be funny to blow monsters up from the inside. SSF Rise of the Abyssal Ice Strike Invoker, high survivability and fast clear speed. Deprioritize armor and resistances; prioritize crafting a weapon and faster start of ES recharge. Build is shown at level 47, end of Act 3. It tore through Act 3 like butter.

Say what you will about "plenty of builds" its still a fact that supports and skills have a Bunch of restrictions or limitations to use, which in turn restricts what people can creatively build. Felt pretty heavily with minion as thats what im playing atm, but im sure theres plenty of other classes that have similar issues.

Imho the fact that many passive nodes come with negatives forces players down a tight path for how to deal with it. Want that sweet 60% ES node? Now your ES recharge is f'ed and you have to spec into some recharge nodes or put more on gear to compensdate instead of using these resources for something that make the build more fun and flavorful. etc etc.

It makes no sense. Correct me if I am wrong but when you specced full fire before and put on the black flame ring, it was a full conversion that still scaled off fire damage. But by ripping the unique ring off for the sake of adding a node of it, they corrupted it to scale differently. That node 100% should scale off fire and not chaos. |

If that makes sense is up to debate, but that's how it is and I doubt it's going to change. |
